Who We Are

KlaritiTec (“we”, “us”) is the Data Fiduciary for all personal data you provide while using this application, as defined under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. For any privacy-related request, contact us at support@klarititec.com

What We Collect

• Profile details: name, date of birth, gender, blood group
• Family member profiles you create within the app
• Medical reports and insurance documents you upload (images or PDFs)
• AI-generated analyses derived from those documents
• Your Google account email, if you sign in with Google
• Basic anonymous usage analytics (page views) to improve the product

Why We Process It

We process your data solely to provide the Klariti service: AI-assisted medical report summaries, insurance coverage analysis, and specialist guidance. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or allow any third party to use it for their own purposes.

How Your Data Is Processed

AI analysis of your documents is performed via secure API calls to third-party large language model (LLM) providers. Your data is transmitted only to perform the analysis you request and is not used by those providers to train their models. No human at any third-party organisation reads your documents.

For infrastructure — including secure storage, authentication, and database — we use trusted third-party cloud providers operating under strict data processing agreements. These providers process your data only on our instructions and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

We also use a third-party analytics tool to collect anonymous, non-identifiable page-view data. No personal or medical information is included in analytics.

What We Don’t Do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your data with insurers, hospitals, or any other third party for commercial purposes.
• We do not use your data for advertising.
• We do not allow LLM or AI providers to train their models on your data.

Storage and Security

Your documents and health data are stored encrypted at rest, with access controls scoped strictly to your account. Data in transit is encrypted via TLS. Only you can access your files.
