Delete your Klariti account and data

You can delete your account yourself in the app. If you cannot, email us and we will do it for you.

In the app

Your whole account: Profile → Privacy & Security → Delete account

One person's records: Profile → choose the profile → Delete profile

Both ask you to confirm, take effect immediately, and cannot be undone.

By email

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, write to support@klarititec.com from the email address you sign in with — that is how we find your account — and tell us whether you want your whole account removed, or one profile.

We will acknowledge within 2 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What deletion removes

Your whole account: your sign-in, every profile on it, every medical document and insurance policy you uploaded — the files themselves — everything we generated from them, your symptom checks, and your consent record.

One profile: that profile's documents, policies, cases, summaries and symptom checks. Your other profiles are not affected.

Usage records are kept, permanently unlinked from you. Our Privacy Policy explains what they hold and why.
