Before you write in

Your sign-in code has not arrived. The code is emailed to the address you signed up with. Check your spam folder, then ask for a new code. If it still does not arrive, email us from that same address.

A document will not process. Very large files and photographs of documents taken at an angle are the usual causes. Try a clearer photo, or a PDF if you have one.

You want your data removed. You can delete a profile, or your whole account and everything in it, from inside the app. See Delete your account and data for the steps and for what to do if you can no longer sign in.
